Green, Bill

From:
Sent:
To:
Cc:
Subject:

Serlet, Mike
Thursday, July 06, 2000 3:52 PM
McAuliffe, Dan; Lang, Larry
Green, Bill
Ouray - Skyrocket Project

Dan and Larry,
The Feasibililty Study Small Grant Account is available with the following requirements:
1. Grant amount limited to a maximum of $5,000 per entity.
2. The entity must contribute up to 50% of the total study cost.
3. Only CWCB Director approval on purchase order required for a grant.

Therefore, there is no need for an agenda item in July. We have a standard letter that Dan can sign authorizing Ouray to
commence the feasibility study with a grant of 50% of the cost up to $5,000.

Bill Green will work with a member of Larry's section to coordinate the study with Ouray. This will be a good first attempt
for Larry's staff to complete a feasibility study in preparation for a Flood Control Loan application in November.

We will prepare the letter for Dan's signature after we develop some further information from Ouray.

Mike

1
