A brief executive summary would be helpful. 2. There is little or no description of existing facilities. The report should provide an overview of the entire system (operation, yields, sources, etc.) and some information about each of the facilities included in the feasibility study (location, capacity, etc.). 3. It would also be helpful if a set of photos could be provided for each facility proposed as part of the project. 4. A summary of overall system yield over a period of years and average annual yield per share would be useful. 5. Some explanation of the storage decree tabulation in Table 10 would be helpful. 6. A little more explanation should be provided as to why 404 Permits, an EA or EIS may not be required for the project(s). Has the Corps of Engineers been contacted? 7. Suggest that the revenue/expenditure projections in Tables 13 and 14 be done in current dollars - without inflation. It's OK to have another table using inflation if desired by the Company but more useful for the CWCB in-house financial analysis without. 8. The Company's requested loan terms should be included in the report. 9. An explanation as to how the Company will fund its share of the project should be provided in the text and explicitly included in the revenue/expenditure projections. 10. Some explanation should be provided for Table 14.
