The <br /> <br />water privilege to which is derived from the Cache La Poudre River <br /> <br />with headgate located on the north side thereof in Section 11, in <br /> <br />Township 6 North, Range 65 West, Weld County, Colorado, as <br /> <br />constructed by said Union Colony, and as operated by the said The <br /> <br />Cache La Poudre Irrigating Company; also to acquire, hold, use, own <br /> <br />and enjoy all the priorities, appropriations, property and water <br /> <br />rights, privileges, franchises, and right of way formerly owned, <br /> <br />possessed, and enjoyed by the said The Cache La Poudre Irrigating <br /> <br />Company. To divert from said river, and run through said Canal, <br /> <br />and deliver to is consumers, the appropriated water entitled to be <br /> <br />drawn through the same, also to carry and deliver other water for <br /> <br />irrigation lawfully entitled to be drawn through said Canal, upon <br /> <br />such term and at such times al shall be fixed by its Board of <br /> <br />Directors. To purchase, acquire, own, carry, and run through said <br /> <br />Canal, and deliver to those entitled thereto, any appropriated, <br /> <br />stored, or acquired water from any source whenever and upon such <br /> <br />terms as may seem expedient to it Directors. <br />
