obligations and shall be subject to the same limitations as apply
to corporations for profit as set forth in section 7-2-101.5.

profit as set forth in section 7-3-101.5. Directors of said
Company shall have the benefit of the same limitations OD personal
liability for any injury to person or property arising out of a
tort as set forth in section 7-5-119 for Directors of Corporations
