<br />. . <br /> <br />Change Order No.7 - This change order reflects the removal of the S.H. 52 Channel Bid <br />Alternative "B" from the original contract. The S.H. 52 channel was re-bid to accommodate the <br />channel redesign and the relocation of various oil and gas lines in the area. As part of the redesign <br />the oil and gas company installed 3,300 l.f. of 4-inch steel oil/gas lines and 1,650 l.f. of 4-inch poly- <br />fiberglass oil/gas lines from their pressure wells to their collection facility. <br /> <br />Added Cost: s.H. 52 Channel = ($85,903), Utility Relocates = $41,921 <br /> <br />Total Construction Change Order Cost = $230,792 <br /> <br />Additional Professional Services - Letter of Map Revision <br /> <br />As part ofthe overall project the District needs to submit a Letter of Map Revision to FEMA <br />to formally revise the lOO-year floodplain for the communities of Frederick, Firestone, Dacono, and <br />the unincorporated Town of Evanston. The new regional detention pond removes the Town of <br />Frederick, Firestone and Evanston from the lOO-year floodplain. In order to have the lOO-year <br />floodplain officially revised all supporting technical data (hydrology, hydraulics, and design plans) <br />need to be submitted to FEMA for review and approval. The District has hired the services of <br />Rocky Mountain Consultants (Tetra Tech) to complete these submittal requirements.
