Julianne told me as
follows:

1. The summaries/spreadsheet from the District do include deliveries for the Johns
Flood Ditch, but all the water comes at once, so the District doesn't have a mechanism for
separating these deliveries out;

2, With respect to the O&M payments, they have been lower in recent years because
ofa fund which was created to help defray costs. However, although the District intends
to continue to put the $30,000 annual payment from the City of Trinidad into the fund, it
is almost depleted, and the payments will probably go up. Another variable is the annual
construction payment which depends on the amount of water delivered each year, and thus
varies from year to year.

3. As to whether the deliveries shown on the spreadsheet are representative of the
deliveries likely to occur in the future, Julianne said that there is no way for the District to
predict the annual allocation, and they do not do any kind of forecasting of dry vs. wet
years.
