Mancos River, from which it derives its principal supply of water, whence the
Southwest Comer of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 13 West~ N+M.P.Jvl+,
bears South 750 301 West 4020~OO feet, or at a point within two hundred (200)
yards thereof up or down stream~
