<br />Collateral <br /> <br />1. The Guenzi's can offer as collateral all lands purchased with <br />the potential CWCB loan. <br /> <br />2. The Guenzi's can offer as collateral a 150 acre irrigated <br />farm located in Sections 7 and 8, T7N, R53W (aka the Bundy Farm) . <br /> <br />Institutional Considerations <br /> <br />The Guenzi's need authorization to borrow $331,425 from the CWCB <br />Construction Fund. The loan, if approved, from the CWCB will be <br />contingent upon the successful negotiation of a contract between <br />the CWCB and the Guenzi's. Agreements with contractors will be <br />finalized upon authorization of the CWCB loan. <br /> <br />Opinion of Feasibility <br /> <br />The selected alternative is technically and financially feasible. <br />There are no known roadblocks which would keep the Guenzi's from <br />successfully completing this project. <br /> <br />Feasibility Study <br />Guenzi Aug Project <br />April 2004 <br /> <br />8 <br />
