The time required to complete this information collection is estimated t� average 45/0.75 minutes per <br />response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data <br />needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. � <br />PRIVACY ACT <br />NOTE: The following statement is made in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, (5 U.S.C. 552a). The information will be used to allow a farmer, rancher, or -landowner to apply for conservation <br />benefits under the terms and conditions of the contract. This information may be provided to other agencies. <br />IRS.
