..

.

C. Water Quality
The results of all previously conducted
water quality tests taken at this point
will be reviewed.

D. Probable Yield
The amount of water which may be
ultimately transferred to an absolute
decree, the priority, and the historic
flows in the Gunnison River at this
point will be considered.

E. Adequacy to Meet Future Additional
Requirements
The quantities estimated to be actually
available from this source will be
compared to the quantities estimated to
be required as determined in the water
use forecast for the City of Delta. It is
anticipated that this source will prove
to be more than adequate for the future
needs of the City and surrounding
communities.

F. Proposed Facilities
Facilities which we feel are necessary
to develop this source will be proposed
including recommendations for diversion
facilities, transmission lines, raw water
reservoirs, treatment facilities, pump
stations, or other facilities. The need
or function of each proposed facility will
be .carefully explained. The potential for
distribution in the Austin-Read area will
be discussed.

G. Cost of Development
A cost estimate for construction of the
proposed facilities for development of
this source will be prepared. The cost
estimate will include an itemized break-
down of construction costs and project
costs. Operation and maintenance costs
will be listed including establishment
of an emergency operating fund. Cost
estimate to include Engineering and
Inspection fees, legal services, and a
contingency allowance. Provisions for
projected price increases will be made.
