Goal: Develop a non-consumptive needs assessment addressing both environmental
and recreational priorities for the Y -W-G Basin that can help direct our water
supply solutions.

A framework for allocating resources for protection of our basins rivers and streams;
A common basis for diverse stakeholders to make informed water management
decisions that preserve our environment while providing a clean water supply for the
Yampa basin;

Inclusive: This effort should engage an array of stakeholders, including RT Members,
Contractor, Experts, and Citizens.
