Most of Western’s agreements <br />CRSP facilities <br />are 20-year contracts that guarantee firm <br />power supplies. And most (85%) of CRSP <br />supply affordable <br />customers are members of the Colorado <br />River Energy Distributors Association <br />(CREDA). CREDA is a non-profit organi- electricity to, among <br />zation established in 1978 to represent <br />CRSP customers in working with the Bu- <br />others, the Navajo, <br />reau (as the generating agency of the <br />CRSP) and Western (as the marketing <br /> Hopi, Shoshone, <br />agency of the CRSP).
