Colorado River Energy Distributors Association (CREDA). Kent Holsinger of Holsinger Law, LLC will make a presentation to the Roundtable members regarding CREDA's report entitled 'Hydroelectric Power in the Upper Colorado River Basin.' The report can be downloaded at http://www.ho1singerlaw.com/. 2. Wise Water Use Council. Mike Baker of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation will present information regarding the Council's activities. 3. Request for SB 179 Funds - Town of Orchard City. Tom Huerkamp will present an application from the Town of Orchard City for both Basin and State SB 179 funds for an off-stream, raw water storage reservoir for the Town's domestic water system. 4. Gunnison Basin Water Needs Assessment. The Roundtable members will review and discuss the draft Gunnison Basin Water Needs Assessment and Related Task Orders developed by the Water Needs Subcommittee. Documents have been forwarded to the members. 5. Project Screening Guidelines. The Project Selection Committee will present their final draft of proposed Project Screening Guidelines (attached). 6. Gunnison Basin Roundtable Bylaws - Voting/Attendance Requirements. The Bylaws Committee will present recommendations for amending Roundtable Bylaws regarding voting and attendance requirements. 7. Colorado/White/Yampa Energy Development Water Needs Assessment - Update by Dixie Luke. 8. 2nd Annual Meeting of Colorado River Basin Roundtables. Proposed Schedule & Topics.
