<br />7.0 OTHER STUDIES

<br />The results of this study are in agreement with the results of the FIS
<br />reports for the unincorporated areas of Garfield, Chaffee, and Mesa
<br />Counties (References 25, 26, and 27, respectively), and an FHBM for the
<br />unincorporated areas of Gunnison County (Reference 28). This study is
<br />based on a more recent detailed analysis for the Roaring Fork River than
<br />what is presented in the FIS report for the unincorporated areas of Eagle
<br />County (Reference 29); therefore, the studies do not agree.
<br />
<br />Because of the more detailed analysis performed for this study, it
<br />supersedes the previously published FHBM for the unincorporated areas of
<br />Pitkin County (Reference 24).
