The Speoial
Rood Hazard Area is the area subject to flooding by the 1 % annual ohance flood. Areas
of Speoial Flood Hazard inolude Zones A, At, AH, AO, AR, ASS, V, and VE. The Bass
Flood Elevation is the water surfaoe elevation of the 1 % annual chance flood.

ZONE AO

To obtain mare detailed information in areas where Base Flood Elevation
(BFEs) andlor floodways have been determined, users are encouraged to consult
the Flood Prafiles and Floodway Data tables contained within the Rood Insur-
ance Study (RS) report that accompanies this RRM. Users shauld be aware that
BFEs shawn on the FIRM represent rounded whale-foat elevations. These BFEs
are intended far flood insurance rating purposes only and should not be used
as the sole source of flood elevatian information.
