Doug Scott is on a year-to-year appointment which expires in June.

4:45 - 5:45 Consideration of Water Supply Reserve Account Applications

East Cherry Creek Valley Water and Sanitation District will submit an application
for funding to pilot test zero liquid discharge treatment options of reverse osmosis
concentrate. The pilot tests will look at: 1) effectiveness of different options on a
large scale; 2) power consumption; and 3) water recovery.

Ovid Reservoir Feasibility Study - Joe Frank from the Lower South Platte Water
Conservancy District will submit an application on behalf of a group of partners
to study the feasibility of Ovid Reservoir. Ovid Reservoir has the potential to be a
multi-use project and an important component of meeting Colorado's endangered
species obligations on the South Platte River under the Three State's Agreement.
