This paper goes beyond typical water <br />discussions. It does not merely detail the numerous water issues of the West. Nor <br />does it give direct answers to our problems. Rather, it points to the importance of <br />understanding the role our beliefs and values play in the decisions we ultimately <br />have to make. The paper presents a map that can be used to move water <br />discussions, cooperatively, beyond the typical solutions of yesterday. <br /> <br />Discussion of Members ' Water Interests <br />
