Federal Emergency Management Agency

Washington, D.C. 20472

IA-RA-TO:198

THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING THE CONVERSION FROM THE EMERGENCY PHASE TO
THE REGULAR PHASE, WHICH SHOULD BE ATTACHED TO THE MAP FOR THE COMMUNITY
CITED BELOW.

Community Number Community Name County Name State
080139 P ARK COUNTY PARK COUNTY CO

Flood Hazard Old Regular Program New
Boundary Map Date Suffix Entry & Initial Suffix
11/22/77 A 04/01/87 B

This community will be converted to the Regular Phase of the National Flood Insurance Program, effective as
indicated above. This action has the effect of converting the Flood Hazard Boundary Map (FHBM), which is
referenced above, to a Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM). The Federal Insurance Administration does not
intend to republish the FHBM as a FIRM at this time. Therefore, for insurance application and rating purposes,
please note that the map suffix has been advanced from that shown on the FHBM to the next letter, shown
above. Also note that the Special Flood Hazard Areas, which are the shaded areas on the map, are designated
Zone A and all other areas are Zone C. The conversion of a community to the Regular Program affords
additional limits of insurance coverage. If the above is unclear, please call us at our toIl-free number (800) 638-
6620 for more details.

YOU ARE ONLY BEING SENT ONE COpy OF THE NOTICE TO SAVE PRINTING, DISTRIBUTION
AND POSTAGE. YOU MAY REPRODUCE THE NOTICE AS NEEDED.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, PLEASE PERMANENTLY MARK YOUR COpy OR COPIES OF THE
APPLICABLE FHBM AS A FIRM WITH THE NEW EFFECTIVE DATE AND SUFFIX.

OLD

PANEL SUFFIX DATE
NUMBER
INDO 11/22/77
0001 A 11/22/77
0002 A 11/22/77
0003 A 11/22/77
0004 A 11/22/77
0005 A 11/22/77
0006 A 11/22/77
0007 A 11/22/77
0008 A 11/22/77
0009 A 11/22/77
0010 A 11/22/77
0011 A 11/22/77
0012 A 11/22/77
0013 A 11/22/77
0014 A 11/22/77
0015 A 11/22/77

NEW

PANEL SUFFIX DATE
NUMBER
INDO 04/01/87
0001 B 04/01/87
0002 B 04/01/87
0003 B 04/01/87
0004 B 04/01/87
0005 B 04/01/87
0006 B 04/01/87
0007 B 04/01/87
0008 B 04/01/87
0009 B 04/01/87
0010 B 04/01/87
0011 B 04/01/87
0012 B 04/01/87
0013 B 04/01/87
0014 B 04/01/87
0015 B 04/01/87
