DESCRIPTION OF LOCATION
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers benchmark comprising a railroad
spike in the last power pole on the north side of County Road 100
approximately 2 miles east of Carbondale; 827 feet west of Denver
and Rio Grande Western Railroad mile post 375 and 110 feet north
of the main track centerline.
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers benchmark comprising a railroad
spike in a power pole 435 feet west of the County Road 100 bridge
over the Roaring Fork River approximately 3 miles east of Carbon-
dale; 10 feet east and 107 feet north of Denver and Rio Grande
Western Railroad mile post 376, and 15 feet north of County Road
100 centerline.
U.S. Geological Survey disk stamped "6278 1909" on the east end
of the south abutment of the County Road 100 bridge crossing the
Roaring Fork River approximately 3 miles east of Carbondale.
Brass cap in concrete, located 1.5 miles east of Catherine. Estab-
lished by Colorado Department of Highways.
Brass cap in concrete located 300 feet west of Catherine Bridge.
