Detailed analyses were taken from the effective FIRM or from <br />existing UDFCD reports. The existing detailed analysis was originally used in <br />developed areas or areas with a high development potential. The existing <br />approximate analysis was originally used to study those areas that detailed <br />information was not available or those areas having a low development potential <br />or minimal flood hazards. The scope and methods of study were proposed to, and <br />agreed upon by, FEMA, CWCB, UDFCD, and Douglas County. <br /> <br />This countywide FIS also incorporated the determinations of letters issued by <br />FEMA resulting in map changes (Letter of Map Revision [LOMR ]), as shown in <br />Table 3, "Letters of Map Change." <br /> <br />10 <br />
