Although
Greeley has already participated in the workshops we would like to host one to support all of the
smaller municipal suppliers and rural domestic suppliers around us and out on the plains.

We can supply the venue, food and administrative help to put together notebooks and the
workshop. Based on my conversation with Tracy Bouvette the in kind and city donations should
be $2,240 and is detailed below:

Facility
Food
Printing and notebooks
Labor Cost (12 hours at $45/hour)
Total Match and In-kind Contributions

$ 200
$ 800
$ 700
$ 540
$2,240

Greeley is excited to host the workshop and will market it to all ofthe surrounding community
and the eastern plains.

Sincerely,

Ruth Quade
Water Conservation Coordinator

SERVING OUR COMMUNITY.
