For this round of Water Conservation Workshops, we will continue the practice of including some
facilitation of policy dialogue to occur between and with the workshop participants.

Although the overall goal of GWI's project involves conducting the workshops and forums in
every major river basin statewide (with more than one event occurring in many basins), this grant
application includes only the third phase of events - four sets of workshops and forums held at
four different locations over the next three months throughout the state. If this set of workshop
and forums continue to prove to be successful, then additional workshops will likely be proposed
for the CWCB's consideration.

We look forward to collaborating with you and the Office closely in planning for and
