The slide gate directs water into the ditch via a 36" corrugated metal pipe <br />(CMP). The feeder ditch is in generally good condition, but according to the water commissioner <br />water does not reach the feeder ditch during low river flows. As noted above, the slide gate and yoke <br />are in misrepair and should be replaced.
