Directions:

From Antonito, head south on County Road 14, go approximately 1 mile and turn
east on County Road E5, go approximately 4 miles and turn north on County
Road 18, go approximately 1/2 mile and turn west on to an access road and
follow the ditch to the headgate. The headgate is east of the headgate for the
Teorodo Ditch #1 and west of the headgate for the Taos Valley Ditch #3.

Upstream Configuration: A short feeder ditch comes off of the river and directs water to the
headgate. There is a log diversion dam across the river that diverts water to the feeder channel.

Comments: The structure diverts water off of the south channel of the San Antonio River. The Taos
Vally Ditch #3 is just downstream of this ditch to the east, and the Teodoro Ditch #1 is just upstream
to the west. The owners of this ditch, the Taos Valley Ditch #3, and the Teodoro Ditch #1 could pool
their money together and build one good diversion dam that services all three ditches. The structure
10# is 581.
