Applicant seeks the following: I. Ground water rights for Grand Enclave Well Nos. I - I 4 for 15 gpm each with an appropriation date of December 29,2006. 2. Approval of a plan for augmentation to replace out-of-priority depletions resulting from domestic and irrigation uses within the Grand Enclave development. a. Applicant has applied for a water allotment contract with the Middle Park Water Conservancy District to provide Applicant with the right to an annual allotment of up to I acre-foot of water stored in Wolford Mountain Reservoir. 3. Appropriative right of substitute supply and exchange from Wolford Mountain Reservoir up the Colorado River to the Fraser River; up the Fraser River to Crooked Creek; up Crooked Creek to Silver Creek; and up Silver Creek to the points of depletion at a maximum rate of 0.5 cfs with an appropriation date of December 29, 2006.
