Applicant seeks several surface and storage water <br />rights, including a storage water right for Antelope Creek Reservoir, which is a 12 acre-foot on- <br />channel reservoir on Antelope Creek, with an appropriation date of June 19, 2006. Applicant also <br />seeks a downstream alternate point for diversion for the Antelope Ditch. The Applicant's proposed change of water right could result in an <br />expansion of use that may injure the Board's instream flow water right on Antelope Creek. <br /> <br />Other Obiectors <br /> <br />The United States of America - Dept. of Interior - Bureau of Land Management, State and Division <br />Engineers, Colorado River Conservation District and Archie W. and Linda R. Dunham also filed <br />statements of opposition to this application. <br />
