Applicant seeks the following: 1. Approval of a plan for augmentation to replace out-of-priority depletions resulting from stock watering and evaporation from Ponds A through G (more fully described in Case No. 06CW268). Sources of augmentation include Ponds A-G, historic consumptive use credits associated with the dry up ofa portion of the land historically irrigated with the Walter Ditch water rights, and water obtained from the Basalt Water Conservancy District (Ruedi and Green Mountain Reservoirs). 2.
