Applicant seeks <br />the following: <br />1. Approval of a plan for augmentation to replace out-of-priority depletions resulting from <br />stock watering and evaporation from Ponds A through G (more fully described in Case No. <br />06CW268). Sources of augmentation include Ponds A-G, historic consumptive use credits <br />associated with the dry up ofa portion of the land historically irrigated with the Walter <br />Ditch water rights, and water obtained from the Basalt Water Conservancy District (Ruedi <br />and Green Mountain Reservoirs). <br />2.
