A plan for the future based on a grassroots <br />proc~s of understanding of each basin needs. <br /> <br />. Funding of projects to meet local needs through <br />the Water Supply Reserve Account and HB1400 <br />technical support to the roundtables. <br /> <br />. Developing a common technical platform for the <br />roundtables. <br /> <br />. Educating the public on the process and the <br />roundtables needs. <br /> <br />.
