2004) for $599,940 for the Reservoir Nos. 1,2, and 4 Rehabilitation &
Enlargement project. The ~otion was approved unanimously (9-0).

2) In SECTION 4, the portion of the section 37-60-124.4 regarding creation ofa
stream gauge fund would r~main, and the original section 37-60-124.6 would be
deleted and replaced by a new SECTION 5. '

3) A new SECfION 5 would be added after SECTION 4 and the subsequent
SECTIONS would be re-n6mbered. The new SECfION 5 would be as follows:
