17. Stream and Lake Protection Section - 2008 Instream Flow Appropriations - Pursuant to
ISF Rule 5c., the Colorado Water Conservation Board is providing notice that the
follOWing streams are being considered for instream flow appropriations in 2008. At the
January 2008 CWCB meeting, Staff may request that the Board form its intent to
appropriate ISF water rights on these streams. In addition, Staff will provide a summary
of the ISF Workshop held on February 2/, 2007 and present the water divisions selected
for the 2008 basin rotation. (8:50 - 9:05)
