This <br />information is being sent to you in accordance with the October 5, 1955 Stipulation, as amended <br />October 10, 1955, in Consolidated Cases Civil Action Numbers 2782, 5016, and 5017, dated <br />October 12, 1955. The following table provides a brief summary of Denver's diversion, use, <br />return flow, and successive use of Colorado River water and this year's comparison with the <br />average. Also shown are monthly totals for: I) the carrying <br />charges assessed by the State Engineer on these diversions, 2) the portion used directly, and 3) the <br />amount of Fraser-Williams Fork water previously stored and subsequently released for use in the <br />Denver area.
