<br />000661 <br /> <br />EXPLANATION OF TABLE 6 <br /> <br />GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Table 6 shows the amounts of transmountain return flow which were <br />recovered and reused directly by the City of Colorado Springs through its non-potable distribution <br />system. All data is taken from department records. <br /> <br />SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />Column 1: <br /> <br />Return flow reused for irrigation of City parks, center parkings and golf courses. <br /> <br />Column 2: <br /> <br />Return flow reused for cooling and ash control at the City's power plants. <br /> <br />Column 3: <br /> <br />Return flow sold to individuals and entities separate from the City government <br />and irrigational, commercial and industrial applications. <br /> <br />Column 4: <br /> <br />Total return flow recovered and reused directly through the City's non-potable <br />distribution system. The sum of Columns 1-3. <br /> <br />Column 5: <br /> <br />Return flow reused for irrigation at the U.S. Air Force Academy. <br /> <br />Column 6: <br /> <br />Total return flow reuse. Sum of Column 4 plus Column 5. <br />
