The document is recorded at Reception No. 097075620 of the <br />records of the EI Paso County Clerk and Recorder's Office. <br /> <br />The Authority currently has seventeen members, including metropolitan districts, water and sanitation districts, towns and <br />cities within EI Paso County. The Authority meets the first Wednesday of each luonth in the Board of County <br />Commissioners Hearing ROOIU, 3rd Floor, EI Paso County Adluinistration Building, 27 East Vermijo, Colorado Springs, <br />Colorado. The monthly meetings are open to the public and carried over the internet by the EI Paso County Information <br />Technology Department. <br /> <br />Since its inception, the Authority has cOlupleted a Water Report Master Plan and engaged a luanager and lobbyist. The <br />members focus on regional approaches to local water supply issues. Current activities include facilitation of a Transit <br />Loss Model Update for Fountain and Monument Creek to increase water use efficiency. In cooperation with the Upper <br />Black Squirrel Management District, the Authority hopes to begin a study with the Colorado Geological Survey to <br />investigate alluvial aquifer storage and recovery in the Upper Black Squirrel Designated Groundwater Basin. <br />
