On behalf of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, I hereby request the water officials of t e
State of Colorado to administer the Board's in stream flow water right on Tarryall Creek decreed in C se No.
77W8729, in the priority system. The Board is hereby placing a written call for said Tarryall Creek
instream flow water right to ensure that the full decreed amount of this water right is made available or the
decreed beneficial use of preserving the natural environment to a reasonable degree.

The effective date of this call is July 14,2005, and the call is to be in effect until further writt n
