Grant Request from the Douglas County Water Resources Authority

approve Staffs recommendation that the Board award a Water Efficiency Grant
in the amount of $64,800 to Douglas County Water Resource Authority for its
Xeriscape DVD duplication and distribution project. The motion was approved
unanimously (9-0).
