<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Audits of Major Commercial and Irrigation Water Accounts <br />Town of Castle Rock <br /> <br />Section 1 <br />Introduction and Objectives <br /> <br />The Town of Castle Rock Public Utilities Department received a Water Conservation <br />Planning Grant from the Colorado Water Conservation Board to perform audits of the <br />Town's largest commercial and irrigation accounts. The audits, which were performed <br />based on the accounts identified by the Town, sought to: <br /> <br />. Review water use by account over the past two years (2004 and 2005); <br />. Identify potential water savings options available for each account; <br />. Estimate potential water savings for the available options; and <br />. Estimate potential monetary benefits for each account based on revised water use <br />practices and potential future costs for water. <br /> <br />The accounts that the Town identified for receiving the audits include those summarized <br />in Table 1. <br /> <br />The location of these various accounts within the Town are indicated In the map <br />contained as Attachment 1. <br /> <br />1-1 <br />
