<br />RECOMMENDED <br />FIRST STEPS <br /> <br />The recommended actions that can be taken <br />to implement this Plan and meet the above <br />goals are comprehensively listed in Chapter 3: <br />Plan implementation as well as in each topic <br />chapter. The following stand out as recom- <br />mended first steps: <br /> <br />1. Establish the Eagle River Watershed <br />Committee to Oversee Plan <br />Implementation-a group consisting of <br />citizens and local governments repre- <br />sentatives, including elected officials, <br />needs to direct this effort. Citizens <br />provide insight and expertise, local <br />government provides structure and staff <br />support. <br /> <br />ii <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />2.
