8. The District agrees to determine and notify the
Company of the number of acre feet of the District water supply
delivered to the Company and the Company's acre foot cost
thereof, togh~ther with the Company's share of the District's
Federal operation, maintenance and replacement costs, if any,
~ within 15 days after the end of the irrigation season in
each yearj and the Company agrees to pay to the District
.the full amount of those annual payment obligations of the
Company within 30 days after receipt of notification from
the District of the amount of those obligations.

9. The Company agrees that the payment obligations
imposed by this Contract shall be general liabilities of the
Company, to the payment of which all of the assets and powers
of the Company are hereby pledged, and such liabilities shall ,
be continuing general liabilities of the Company notwith-
standing any default in payment to the Company by any water
users or shareholders of the assessments, tolls, or other
charges imposed by the Company.

19. The Company agrees to cause to be levied and
collected all necessary assessments on the outstanding stock
of the Company and all charges against all other users of
water from the Company's ditch system to the ,extent such assess-
ments and charges are required for the discharge by the Company
of its financial obligations under this Contract and to malce
in full all p~yments to the District which are required by this
Contract on or before the date such payments become due as
well as to meet its other obligations under this contract. The
Company further agrees that in order to insure 'the collection
of such assessments o~ charges, it will withhold the delivery
