<br />irrigate, as may be necessary to assure the equitable <br /> <br /> <br />delivery from the company's ditch system of a sufficient <br /> <br /> <br />amount of water, within crop requirements, for the <br /> <br />proper irrigation of their lands, and <br /> <br />c. During the irrigation season, for irrigation, <br /> <br /> <br />stock watering and incidental domestic uses, and <br /> <br /> <br />d. During the non irrigation season, for stock <br /> <br /> <br />watering and incidental domestic uses, <br /> <br />and to the extent that water use from the company's ditch <br /> <br /> <br />system does not comply with these conditions, the district may <br /> <br /> <br />refuse delivery of that portion of the company's share of the <br /> <br /> <br />Project water supply attributable to each noncomplying uses, <br /> <br />provided that any water in storage which is thus withheld shall <br /> <br /> <br />be retained during each current irrigation season only as a <br /> <br /> <br />part of the company's share of the Project water supply for <br /> <br />delivery into the Company's ditch system for uses which do <br /> <br /> <br />comply with these limitations. <br /> <br /> <br />5. All water furnished to the Company under this contract <br /> <br />shall be delivered to the Company at the river headgate of the <br /> <br /> <br />company's ditch system and shall be measured at the point with <br /> <br /> <br />equipment installed and maintained by the Company at its <br /> <br /> <br />expense. The Company agrees that the measuring facilities <br /> <br /> <br />herein provided for shall be installed, operated and maintained <br /> <br /> <br />by the Company in conformity with such specifications and <br /> <br />standards as may, from time to time, be established by the <br /> <br /> <br />united states Bureau of Reclamation, the Colorado state <br /> <br /> <br />Engineer and the District, and in order to implement compliance <br /> <br />with this provision the Company hereby grants to the District, <br /> <br /> <br />its directors, officers and agents, and such employees of the <br /> <br />united states Bureau of Reclamation as may be authorized by the <br /> <br />District, the right of free access on and across any lands of <br /> <br /> <br />the Company for any purpose required to accomplish the goals of <br /> <br />this provision.
