For instance, in 1999, the shareholders plan to reduce the amount of irrigated <br />acreage by almost 1,500 acres, or almost 60%, because the Reservoir cannot be used. <br /> <br />The water diverted and delivered by the Company will continue to be used primarily for <br />agricultural purposes on the lands that are irrigated from the Model Ditch as generally shown on <br />Attachment 4 hereto. <br /> <br />2 <br />
