<br />. . <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />The Grand Valley Water Management File <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Bill Green <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />September 23, 1998 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />USBR Submittals <br /> <br />I have reviewed the Grand Valley Water Management, Canal Improvement Project <br />Design report dated September 2, 1998. The report appears to provide adequate <br />preliminary designs, specifications and cost estimates for the proposed facilities. While <br />the Highline Lake Pumping Plant drawings are incomplete, the report provides an <br />explanation for this and a preliminary cost estimate for the pumping plant. <br /> <br />I believe that the design report, taken together with the information in the Grand Valley <br />Water Management Draft Environmental Assessment of December 1997, provides <br />enough information to meet the Construction Fund feasibility requirements for this <br />project. <br /> <br />Cc: Bill Stanton <br />Randy Seaholm <br />J an lllian <br />Linda Bassi, AGO <br />
