Stahl <br />Town Administrator <br />Town of Erie <br />645 Holbrook <br />Erie, Colorado 80516 <br /> <br />Re: Request for Parity <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Stahl: <br /> <br />This is to confirm that, at the January 27, 1999 meeting of the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, the Board voted to p'ostpone the question of parity status for the <br />Town of Erie's Water Enterprise Revenue Refunding and Improvement Bonds, Series <br />1998 until such time as the Town can demonstrate that it is capable of meeting the <br />Board's parity lien test. <br /> <br />My staff is in the process of reviewing the document that was presented at the Board <br />meeting by Bigelow & Company.
