The entire pipeline sizing analysis for a new pipeline appears to be premature until the <br />questions of basin yield and system yield have been fully addressed and discussed with <br />the Ute Water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />19. Does the reservoir mass balance in Table V-9 assume constant inflow year-round and <br />is that a reasonable assumption? I have a number of other questions which I would <br />like to discuss with the engineer regarding this table. <br /> <br />20. The structural alternatives considered consist of, essentially, a pipeline or a new <br />equalizing reservoir.
