You may attach <br />additonal pages, maps, drawings, etc. which you feel would be helpful in describing your project <br />or explaining your water supply problem. Tfyou have questions about this form or about the <br />application process please call the Project Planning and Construction Section ofLhe CWCB at <br />303-866-3441. <br /> <br />l!1fonnation, regarding Construction Fund loans and the loan application and funding process can <br />be found in the Guidelines/or Financial Assistance through the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board Consln/clion Fund copies of which are available by calling the CWCB. <br /> <br />Generally, the loan applicant is also the prospective owner or sponsor of the project.
