Box 370 <br />Mesa, CO 81643 <br /> <br />Re: Robbins Reservoir Feasibility Study <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Martin: <br /> <br />We have received the revised scope of services for the Robbins Reservoir Feasibility Study <br />dated October 28, 1996 from Landmark Engineering and want to advise you and the <br />consultant that the revisions respond fully to the suggestions in my letter to you of <br />October 23rd. <br /> <br />We will present a Small Dam Site planning grant request for $5,000 for the Robbins <br />Reservoir Feasibility Study to our Board at the November Board meeting in Denver on <br />November 25 and 26 and will advise you of the Board's decision following the meeting. <br /> <br />Please let me know if you have any questions or if we can be of any assistance to you or <br />your consultant in the feasibility planning process. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />?~ <br /> <br />William E.
