In accordance with the Contracts, the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District owes $542,583.09 for interest during construction, as calculated on the attached spreadsheets, due on June 25, 2005. Make your check for interest during construction payable to the Colorado Water Conservation Board and include both Contract Numbers on the check. As outlined on the Promissory Note, Attachment No.2 to Loan Contract Number CI50117, the loan payment in the amount of $740,766.30 is due on June 1, 2006. As outlined on the Promissory Note, Attachment 2 to Loan Contract Number C150160, the loan payment in the amount of $215,630.05 is due on June 1, 2006. These two annual loan payments may be combined into one single loan payment, but please reference both Contract Numbers on the check. In accordance with the Borrower's Liability Insurance Provision of the Contract, Paragraph A.6, please note that the renewed insurance certifIcates need to be provided to the Colorado Water Conservation Board annually.
