Peter Eva.ns signed the MOV but <br />I continue to have u concern with provision #7 that require the CDOW to complete a <br />"Comprehensive Plan" within one year of \he MOU. 'While I agree with the need to tell the <br />Board what species will be raised and where stocking wiJl occur) I do not agrec with the concept <br />of a Comprehensive Plan. What I recommend is that this portion be crossed out with the <br />agreement that the Division will accomplish the following: <br /> <br />1. Develop a production plan for the Hatchery "ith review and input from the <br />Board; <br />2. Define where aquati.c species will be stocked and the management being <br />undertaken for recovery; and <br />3.
