Our proposal is based on recent conversations with you, as well as our review of the May <br />27, 1994 state inspection report and previous work performed by GEl Consultants, Inc. in 1987. <br />The objective of the work proposed herein is to evaluate the present condition of the dam, <br />develop our own professional opinion of the condition of the structure and need for repairs, and <br />then . formulate an appropriate work plan that will economically resolve the dam safety concerns <br />identified by the Colorado State Engineer's Office (SEO). , ' <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK ! <br /> <br />The work required for your project should be performed in phases, so that at each step informed <br />decisions can be made before proceeding to a subsequent phase of work.
