Collateral is hereby described as follows: An undivided one hundred percent (100%) <br />interest in and to the property described on Attachment 1 hereto, consisting of <br />approximately 295.46 acres, more or less, and the water and equipment listed on <br />Attachment 1. <br /> <br />2. Attachment 1 to the Deed of Trust dated May 1, 2003, is replaced by the Attachment <br />A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, consisting of the legal description of the <br />parcel and access easement (page 1) and the survey plat (page 2). <br /> <br />3. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, variance, or contradiction between the <br />provisions of this amendment and any of the provisions of the original deed of trust, <br />the provisions of this amendment shall in all respects supersede, govern, and <br />control. <br /> <br />Appendix 3 to Loan Contract C150123 <br />
