The secand full paragraph of the Original Deed af Trust is hereby amended to read <br />as fallaws: <br /> <br />The Grantar has executed a Promissory Note dated Navember 1, 2004, to secure <br />the repayment af the indebtedness evidenced by Cantract No. e150013, dated <br />October 1, 2001, as amended an November 1, 2004, far the tatal principal sum of <br />$623,777.90, to be repaid to' the State of ealorada far the use and benefit af the <br />Department af Natural Resaurces, ealarado Water Canservation Board ("CWeB") <br />the beneficiary herein, whose address is 1313 Sherman Street, Roam 721, Denver, <br />CO 80203, payable in 20 annual installments, in accordance with said Promissary <br />Note, or until the laan is paid in full. <br /> <br />2.
